PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of HR and Admin Manager

Job description:

  • Provides advising and support to Group HR Director regarding HR and Admin related issues in the Company;
  • Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets stakeholders’ information needs;
  • Prepares presentations to stakeholders regarding human resources policies and practices;
  • Supervises recruitment process in the Company;
  • Participates in recruitment of senior staff;
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation and onboarding;
  • Coordinates Group HR Director awareness in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and ethics;
  • Analyzes salary and benefits reports and data to advice competitive compensation plan;
  • Advises Group HR Director in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues;
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs;
  • Supervises administration of performance review process to ensure effectiveness & compliance within organization;
  • Supervises benefits programs such as life, health insurance; vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance;
  • Investigates ethical accidents and prepares reports to Group HR Director;
  • Supervises participation in salary surveys within labor market to determine competitive salary rate;
  • Ensures that budget for human resources operations is accurate before submitting to Group HR Director;
  • Supervises preparation of employee termination notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind termination;
  • Administers reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover;
  • Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, consultants etc.

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in function;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders;
  • Strong problem solving, active listening skills, organizational and time management skills;
  • The ability to manage multi-task effectively and interact in the organization;
  • Availability of related certificates is beneficial;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
  • Working knowledge of MS Suite;
  • Clear, concise communications;
