PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of PASHA Hub Coordinator
Job description:
- Coordinating various programs and PASHA Group employee communities under PASHA Collaboration and Development HUB;
- Coordinate project plans to ensure successful delivery of community programs;
- Manage day-to-day program operations and communications through different channels between stakeholders and participants;
- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda;
- Adjust schedules and targets on projects as needed;
- Support growth and program development;
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously, reporting progress to stakeholders;
- Work cross-functionally on community and programs conceptualization, prioritization, and resource management;
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as good interpersonal skills, including demonstrated meeting facilitation skills;
- High personal levels of ethical conduct, confidentiality, and integrity, with strong professional reputation in the industry;
- Self-starter with proven track record of successfully working with a wide array of functional groups across organization and culture;
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships and network with others;
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term collaborative relationships with key organizational and external partners;
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment and to balance both short- and longer-term projects
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in coordinating projects
- Experience with event planning and coordination;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
